The Rights of Requesters and the Responsibilities of Wytheville Community College (WCC) under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act

The Virginia Freedom of Information Act (《中国博彩平台》), located § 2.2-3700 et. seq. of the Code of Virginia, guarantees citizens of the Commonwealth and representatives of the media access to public 记录 held by public bodies, 政府官员, 以及公务员.

Wytheville Community College will invoke the contract negotiations exemption whenever it applies to protect Wytheville Community College’s bargaining position and negotiating strategy.
